Wiffleball Tournament at Journey
This summer, Journey will host a 2nd Annual Wiffleball Tournament for the
Make-A-Wish Foundation benefitting 6 year-old Parker, 13 year-old Riann, and their families.
There will be double-elimination wiffleball games, an auction, raffle, food, and FUN!

Despite battling Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, a type of cancer of the white blood cells characterized by the overproduction and accumulation of cancerous and immature white blood cells, Parker continues to be an imaginative 6 year-old. Parker loves to play with his Legos. His favorite sport is soccer and he loves to eat pizza. His heartfelt wish is to go to Disneyland.

Riann has Lupus, an inflammatory disease caused when the immune system attacks its own tissues. She also has end stage renal failure. Despite her challenges, Riann continues to be an enthusiastic, happy 13-year-old. Riann adores animals, spending time outside riding bikes and swimming. Her heartfelt wish is to go to The Atlantis.

Wiffleball tournament 2018 registration form
Please complete a form for EACH adult that will participate.
Registration is $25 per player in advance; $30 on the day of the event. Registration includes an event t-shirt.
A separate cost to form a team is $250. Forming a team gives you the ability to create your own team instead of being placed in a general lottery draft. All teams must have a minimum of 3 females.
Space is limited to the first 12 paid teams.
Payment must be received before the registration deadline of August 1, 2018, and made payable to:
