We understand that life is hard and that it's even more difficult on our own. We refuse to believe that we're alone in our struggles. We refuse to only hang out with friends that we don't confide in. We refuse to believe that men are weak if they need help and ask for it. As we share how tough our marriages can be, or that we're unhappy in our jobs, or the details of life's current challenges, we are learning and growing and glorifying Jesus together.

SPIRITUAL
Read a Proverb a day (1-7)
Read Galatians Intro
PHYSICAL
Benchmark: If you haven't done your bench marks do so for KO 2.23 in 60 seconds.
Workout: Increase the number of pushups and situps you did for your intial benchmark
Level 1 Increase benchmark 10% (if benchmark was 10 => 10*110% = 11)
Level 2 Increase benchmark 20% (if benchmark was 20 => 20*120% = 24)
Level 3 Increase benchmark 30% (if benchmark was 30 => 30*130% = 39)
Level 4 Increase benchmark 40% (if benchmark was 40 => 40*140% = 56)
Do this 3 times days this week.
Fitness Level:
Level 1 Below 30
Level 2 31-60
Level 3 61-90
Level 4 90+
Nutritional: Drink 1 gallon of water (or 1/2 of your body weight in oz) per day
