Relationships can be difficult if those involved are not living life with the same purpose. For those living like this under the same roof, life isn't just difficult, it can amount to eliminating your joy, happiness, patience, and even your marriage.
You probably set goals for meetings, outcomes to obtain a yearly raise, but what goals, or outcomes are you putting together for your family. It is time now for you to begin a process that will lead to developing better relationships and outcomes for your family.
